Starting at $350/month
Includes transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, a monthly review of the books, and CPA-ready records at year-end.

- Monthly transaction volume
- Number of bank accounts
- Number of credit cards
- Complexity of the business
- Payroll recording requirements
- Current condition of the books
- Any additional bookkeeping workload
You’ll receive a specific monthly price after the review, based on your actual books.
Cleanup Bookkeeping
Custom Quote
Cleanup is priced based on how far behind the books are, how many accounts need reconciling, and the condition of the existing records.
Historical cleanup always requires a review before pricing. You’ll get a quote before any work begins, and you can decide from there.
Once cleanup is complete, monthly bookkeeping picks up at the monthly rate.
Not Included
Haverlin does not prepare tax returns. Your tax professional handles the return, and Haverlin keeps the books accurate so they have what they need.
